  7. Giving yourself the very best you can (in any way), simply acknowledging the willingness for this will feel like self-love to your body and mind.
  8. Being authentic, being true to yourself. This means not dishonoring your integrity, not crossing your own words, not belittling or shrinking your immense value just to appease others. There is strength is knowing your standards.
