Hey glow up queen! If you’ve decided to finally work towards your goals, you may have thought to yourself, “You know what? I’m done sitting on the sidelines watching others get a slice of the cake. Why not get my own?”. If so, I applaud you. It’s a brave thing to realise you deserve more – and then going and making it happen!
Yes, you can earn a bigger income working for yourself, or even by kickstarting some sidehustles while working full time.
Yes, you can pay off those debts or mortgages.
Yes, you can buy that dream apartment or house you’ve always wanted.
Yes, you can make your dream goals come true!
In this article, I’ll give you the actionable steps to make them happen, starting with the most important one…
1. Align With Your Intention

The first step is to get intimately acquainted with this decision. I want you to become fully conscious of your choice and state out loud, “Yes, I deserve XYZ and I will achieve XYZ”. State it as many times as you need until you feel confident you’re making the right choice and that you do indeed deserve it.
The important step here is to set the intention on a mental level, and bring into alignment every other aspect of yourself – emotionally, spiritually, and lastly, physically! After all, you’re most successful when all aspects of you are working together on the same team. Here’s how:
- Mental level – I choose to achieve XYZ goal.
- Emotional level – XYZ goal will make me happy and I’m fully committed to it on an emotional level, because it means a lot to me for the following reason: (insert reasons).
- Spiritual level – XYZ aligns with me on a spiritual level as well, because it would help me in (insert ways it would help you).
- Physically – I will prioritise XYZ goal by allocating any required resources (time, money, effort) accordingly to make it happen.
2. Gain Clarity

The second step is exposing yourself to images and content that will inspire you, motivate you, and most importantly, help you resonate on the same frequency with the goal you are looking to manifest.
You can do this by creating a visionboard using your social media (Tumblr, Pinterest, Instagram), or compiling photos in a folder on your laptop, or just printing them out and creating a collage to hang above your bed for daily inspiration.
You can do this by journaling and scripting. By writing down a list of all the things you want to accomplish, but using present tense as if you already achieved it, and detailing how good it feels to have them. Keep that list near your bed and read it daily or as frequently as you want, until your goals are crystal clear in your mind.

You can do this by visualization – meditating and then visualizing every single detail of your fulfilled dreams and how wonderful they feel. This can be done as often and as in-depth as you want.
All of these techniques are just a few ways to manifest, you can use any one or all of these combined in the interest of feeling closer to your goals. When you write them down, visualize them and see them daily, the subliminal messages they are sending to your mind constantly are clear:
“This is important to me, I am working towards this, I am prioritising this, I am accomplishing this, this is already mine, I love enjoying this, I am attracting more of this by enjoying it.“
3. Research How to Accomplish Your Goal

Manifesting using the techniques in #2 alone can be magical, but creating a practical plan to get there will only further warrant your success.
The more clear you get on the steps required to accomplish your goal, the easier it is for your mind to follow through. As I’ve mentioned previously, by creating a guideline for yourself, you are setting up a mental blueprint. Without one, you may be faced with anxiety, brain fog or frustration in not knowing how to move the needle forward on your goals.
To get ahead of that, dedicate some time to researching how to accomplish your goal. Whether that is buying a house, building a new business, reaching a new milestone in revenue or anything else, just Google it. Get started!
Give yourself clarity on what that goal implies, you’ll be relieved and feel so much more at ease if you know the ins and outs of the process, and you’ll also avoid falling into the trap of “what ifs” and worrying in vain about things simply because you don’t have enough knowledge of the subject.
4. Remember Your “Why”

When the going gets tough, and the challenges creep up one after another, you’ll need to remember your “why”. What motivates you to fulfill this goal? Why is it important to you? In what way does it fulfill you, how are you able to give back to others through it? Do you want peace, financial freedom, stability? Is it success and fame? Is it simply doing what you love for a living, or creating a community or family of your own? Whatever it is, figure out your why, it will be your anchor in hard times.

When you reach what you think is a dead end, I want you to remember it’s only a detour, and you just need to reformulate your strategy and think of a new approach.
When you think you’re failing, don’t get discouraged darling! Having an offer rejected, or receiving pushback, or falling to rock bottom – don’t view them as failure. Instead, view them as opportunities for growth, for learning, for improvement. View them as feedback and valuable experience that will help you become your best self. So, stand up, dust yourself off, review what isn’t working and replace it with what will work, and then…
5. Keep Trying Until You Succeed

Remember, failure isn’t not succeeding – failure is when you give up and never try again! So don’t view this process of accomplishing your goal as a “yes/no” success dynamic, but as an organic process where there may be ups and downs, consistent or inconsistent progress, but either way there is progress. And if your mindset and actions are aligned, it’s only a matter of time until you get there.
My dears, good luck in all your endeavours. I believe in you and I know you can do it!
